Rental Management

Lawford Investment also takes care of rental management. This can be defined as all the operations surrounding the administration of a rental property. The term "Rental management" therefore refers to many operations that take place prior to the rental, during the rental period and at the end of the rental.

Rental management prior to the rental

Lawford Investment's rental management team prepares the property to be rented, identifies the best tenant and installs the tenant in the property. We take care of the rental from A to Z. This also includes, among other things, the drafting of rental contracts. Once signed, all contracting documents are then archived on our platform and available at any time to owners and tenants of the properties administered by Lawford Investment.

Rental management during the rental period

Our dedicated team manages the property being rented. This consists of receiving the rents, paying all the bills and looking after the property. That is, the reminder of tenants, the payment of co-ownership fees with the property manager, the sending of rent receipts to the tenant, the payment of property taxes that can be easily forgotten (especially for non-residents), insurance, etc. We also take care of the technical management of the property in case of necessary renovation as well as its maintenance.
